Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from this site. Identification will be required at the point of delivery and orders cannot be left at unattended addresses.
Products and pricing
Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to update pricing and product availability at any time. Wine is a organic product and small variations between vintages are part of its character.
Orders and payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you've provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the goods purchased. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
