Where we ship
We ship Australia wide. Some interstate deliveries may take longer due to liquor licensing. We do not currently ship internationally.
Delivery times
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders during release periods may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Age verification at delivery
By law, alcohol can only be delivered to a person 18 years or older. Identification will be requested at the point of delivery. If no one over 18 is present to receive the order, the courier will leave a card and reattempt or hold the order for collection.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at jb@jean-bouteille.com with photos and your order number, and we'll make it right.
Returns
Wine is a organic product and we don't accept returns based on personal taste. If a bottle is faulty (corked, oxidised, or otherwise compromised), please contact us with the bottle and your order details and we'll replace or refund it.
