Lithium 2024:
Old vineSémillon nurtured organically by Fiona Wood in her own vineyard in McLaren Flat. The Vines grow just below a Fauna & Flora Reserve on a gentle slope facing straight south on deep sand over clay soil.
Bene 2024:
Piemontese variety Arneis from a stunning organically farmed vineyard in Norton Summit, 5 minutes from our winery in Basket Range. The grapes got pressed gently and fermented in stainless steel tank before ongoing a 8 month elevage in French barrique to give it an extra dimension.
Ruckus 2024:
Old vines Sémillon, about 80 years old, from Jeff Traeger’s organically farmed vineyard in Vine Vale, East of the Barossa. There the vines grow on deep sand over clay soil with optimum diurnal temperature.
Ronin 2024:
Pinot Gris from the stunning certified organic Landsdowne Vineyard, Adelaide Hills. We implemented a smoother pruning to allow a better fruit set through an easier sap flow.
Paradiso 2023:
Single vineyard Syrah from the Erinka vineyard in Oakbank, Adelaide Hills. This 420m altitude vineyard is farmed organically by the Downer family with the help of viticulturist Dylan Grigg.
Bastion 2024:
Trousseau! Also called Bastardo in Spain. It is a really polarising grape variety which grows in such extremely different climate and soils around thew world and prove to be a resilient, vigorous grape variety with an extremely peculiar aromatic.
